  • The remaining $297 balance is due by April 10th, 2026.
  • Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of the deposit.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3. Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel or event insurance in case you need to withdraw due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances. Insurance can also help cover travel and accommodation costs, which are non-refundable.

4. Health, Injuries & Adjustments

  • If you are managing a minor injury, you are still welcome to attend, but participation is at your own risk. We will do our best to adapt where possible.
  • In cases of illness, injury, or fatigue during the intensive, we may ask you to sit out or rest temporarily for your safety.
  • Faculty may use gentle, hands-on corrections to assist alignment and technique. If you prefer not to receive physical adjustments, please let us know in advance.

5. Placement, Conduct & Safety

  • If it becomes clear that you have registered for a level not suited to your ability, we may adjust placement or recommend withdrawal for your safety. Refunds in this case will be at our discretion.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Jordan London Ballet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, remove, or decline continued participation of any individual whose presence is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned with the program environment.
Such decisions are final and will not result in a refund.
  • Please keep your belongings safe. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Enrollment grants the right to attend subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Continued participation is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of program administration.
